We are always open to  disclosure information, rules, plans, processes and actions that we carry out. It’s to say, everything related to the organization will be carried out in a visible, predictable and understandable way in order to promote participation, accountability and thus foster trust and solidarity.

General principles

 

• Transparency, efficiency, integrity and accountability are the norm

• All documents and information of the organization must be available and accessible (Less personal personal data of our stakeholders)

• Any order from a superior that involves expenses must be communicated in writing for justification and / or auditing purposes.

• Whoever executes an expense / disbursement order and is unable to prove the supporting documents is fully responsible for the consequences.

• Any involvement in fraud will be sanctioned with the immediate expulsion of those involving in. The parties involved are not entitled to any kind of compensation.

• Any person involved or implicated in fraud will never have access to this organization after being expelled. 

• Assessments must be clear and reliable to avoid additional unbudgeted expenses.

• The accounting will be semi-centralized to guarantee a rigorous control of the movements of funds using IT tools.

Donors will have real-time access to project progress, financial information, periodic reports as well as videos / photos of ongoing activities.

Management types

 

We perform two types of management: independent management and joint management. Independent management is executed on RIDE's own projects carrying out all the processes from the project’s proposal till the outcomes, reports and audited accountability. We consider joint management, the one carried out together with a partner within the framework of a specific partnership or cooperation. The management is joint when the implementation processes are carried out under the supervision of one or several RDE's representatives.

 

However, our project implementation chart flow and administrative principles remain the same regardless of the type of management in order to ensure the level of transparency, efficiency and dynamism that characterizes us. It should be noted that, in addition to the partnership agreement signed with partner organizations, a MOU must be signed upon agreement on compliance with our management principles and operational particularities of the project to ensure success and satisfaction of all stakeholders.
